RIGI -SWITZERLAND




 Rigi is a mountain in central Switzerland. It is also known as the "Queen of the Mountains." The highest peak is the Rigi-Kulm at 1,797.5 meters, with Rigi-Hochflue, Dossen and Rotstock and Rigi-Scheidegg being slightly less high. The mountain is easily accessible by public transportation. It offers many activities such as skiing or sledging in the winter, and hiking in the summer.

Mt. Rigi offers an area for recreation and sports measuring approximately 90 square kilometers offering a variety of well-maintained walking trails or mountain hikes where visitors can have a panoramic view of 150 km from various marked points. There are also numerous public grilling stations located near the hiking trails.

Activities that can be carried out at Rigi :


Snowboarding




Snowboarding is a winter sport that involves descending a slope that is covered with snow while standing on a board attached to a rider's feet, using a special boot set onto a mounted binding.

 


Snowmobiling





A snowmobile, also known as a snowmachine,  is a land vehicle designed for winter travel on snow. It is designed to be operated on snow and ice. They do not require a specific road or trail. Variations of the snowmobile enable some machines to operate in deep snow or forests.
 


Skiing



Skiing is a recreational activity and competitive sport in which the participant attaches long runners or skis to boots or shoes on the feet and uses them to travel on top of snow.




Sledding




Sledding or tobogganing is a common activity in wintry areas, similar to sliding, but in a prone or seated position requiring a device generically known as a sled.

LEGOLAND - FLORIDA



Legoland Florida is a theme park in Winter Haven, Florida. It opened October 15, 2011. The park encompasses 145 acres, making Legoland Florida the world's largest Legoland park. The park preserved the botanical garden from Cypress Gardens, and re-themed the water park and roller coasters to the new Lego theme.



More than 50 rides, shows and attractions are featured in the park based on those at other Legoland parks. 



LEGO Kingdoms

 



Dragon Coaster


Dragon is a Vekoma "Roller Skater" junior roller coaster. a two part ride, first a slow scenic ride, then a faster pink knuckle coaster section. Standing four stories this roller coaster features a twister layout with a top speed of 29 mph.




Duplo Village



Junior Fire Academy: A 'firetruck' ride.   


The most elaborate is the Junior Fire Academy, a water-squirting carousel styled after its bigger brother across the park.





Land of Adventure



Beetle Bounce: Junior drop tower ride




 
Riders are lifted to the top, dropped to the bottom in a buoyant series of short bounces, then sent back to the top for a few more cycles.

A set of towers where guests can hoist themselves up to the top then enjoy a “free-fall” to the bottom.

Lego Wave Pool is a very tame experience. Yes, it does produce waves, but they're mild and relaxing rather than monsters that grab you and fling you toward shore.
